► Keep them Dry, avoid showering or swimming with jewelry. Occasionally remove and wipe clean with a soft dry towel.
Earrings & Piercings are based on 2 measurements. Gauge and Size (length or diameter). Gauge is thickness, like 20-22g is regular earrings and typically piercings start at 16g. Some cartilage piercings like helix or conch work better with longer 10 mm bars but mostly 6-8 mm are comfortable for earlobes. We suggest measuring your earrings to be sure.

We strive to get you your items as soon as possible, but since many orders are hand built they are usually ready to ship in 1-4 business days.

Return
We accept returns ONLY if product received was not as described.
Buyer is fully responsible for choosing correct size or color at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for fully reading the description and for being cautious regarding metal sensitivities or allergies.
All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days after the order date.
Defective jewelry can be returned for a refund or like exchange, based on availability, and must be received in original condition. Contact us at Support@piercedpretty.com and provide the following information:

- Reason for return including a short description of the issue
- Photo showing the issue/defect
Issues / Etc.
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. Our system does not record individual size quantities, if you order several items in the same size you may experience a slight delay. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/colour/ size or we will offer a refund.
